2. Vehicles more than 30 years old.
3. Vehicles imported for temporary tourism.
4. Vehicles imported for military persons.
5. Vehicles imported for diplomatic persons.
6. Vehicles imported for returning resident.

• Original Title of ownership with no liens on the Title must be provided. It must be certified by a DMV office and legalized by a Dominican consulate.
• Original registration documents covering the past three years
• Dominica used cars that have been sold are expected to have the signature of both the seller and buyer on the back of the Title in the spaces provided
• If you bought a new car, then your name must be listed on the front of the Title as the registered owner
• You must have an invoice for auto delivery. This can be obtained and verified from a Dominican consulate in the US
• You will need to provide a residence visa before you can be allowed entry into the country. This can be obtained from the consulate office or by mail
